News from North Carolina
We did it, we made the move to NC!
Although there are many things we’ll miss from Williamstown, we are very happy here in Apex (a suburb of Raleigh) and are settling in just fine.
I am easing into my new job as the head children’s librarian at the Athens Community Library in Raleigh, the fellow librarians are sweet and supportive and I can’t wait to get the storytimes and fall children’s programming up and running so that I can meet all of the families and children.
Connor and Taylor are in week two at their new school and are making friends easily, they both love their teachers and we do too! Todd is holding down the fort here on Sunny Creek Lane and is looking into starting back at H&R Block in January as well as taking classes to get his teaching degree for middle school math, stay tuned for more information about his new venture!
We have fun neighbors, a babysitter three doors down and feel lucky to have Jeremy and Heather Johnson’s familiar faces here. Please keep the phone calls coming with updates from the Berkshires and keep us in mind for a visit anytime-especially once the cold hits you’ll always have a place to stay in sunny North Carolina!
